Promoting the value of keeping Singapore clean with our corporate partners

Jan 22, 2020

The Public Hygiene Council (PHC) continued its engagement with stakeholder groups by organising a dialogue session with PHC’s corporate partners on 14 January 2020. First mooted in 2016, PHC regularly organises such intimate dialogues with different stakeholder groups to gain deeper insights into the challenges faced by different industries in promoting the value of keeping Singapore clean.

Dialogue participants shared their experience supporting the Keep Singapore Clean Movement within their respective organisations and shared difficulties they face in trying to further nudge and change littering behaviour they observe. Discussions also covered tapping on psychology and data trends to tackle littering and the role of bosses and corporate leadership in encouraging staff to keep their premises clean, sustainable and environmentally friendly.
